Pandora Christmas Charm For 2013

Have you seen the fabulous new Pandora Christmas charms? Fresh for 2013, the new collection features several updated versions on some Christmas classics, as well as a host of really stunning new designs.
You can now enjoy a Father Christmas charm with glorious red enamel detail. But don’t worry, if pure sterling silver is more your thing, he’s still available as a silver Santa charm.

Likewise, there’s a new Pave Christmas Tree Charm, which features pave-set cubic zirocnia. But you can still purchase the Christmas tree charm from last year which features a 14 carat gold star on top.

As for the all new designs, there’s a sweet enamel candy cane, a sparkling snowflake pendant a three wise men charm and a whole lot more! It really is quite a substantial collection and a lot of care and focus has been paid to the detailing and adornment of colour and gem stones. If you know some one who loves Pandora, there’s no doubt you’ll be able to find them the perfect festive present from the new collection.

New Pave Charms for Spring

Pandora have released a few more new charms as part of the Spring Summer Collection. They included two beautiful openwork barrel charms with Pave set cubic zirconia - available in both clear and pink.

There's also a pave pink heart clip, which i think would give any Pandora bracelet that wow factor. But, be warmed, that one's £50 so a bit of saving up for me. The two pave barrel charms are £45 each.

I think Pandora began using Pave charms around the time of the Christmas Collection. I was luck enough to be given the glitter ball charm for Christmas and I have to say that photos of these charms don't really do them justice. The glitter ball had not been on my radar before, but seeing it on my bracelet next to my other sterling silver charms it really comes alive. I remember years ago I was watching the sitcom Cybill (remember that? showing my age now!) And Maryann, played by the excellent Christine Baranski, made a comment "Cubic Zriconia, God will know." The idea the CZ stones are inferior to diamonds can sometimes turn people off them as they think they're just cheap. But when you see them pave set, they create such a lovely sparkle effect that it really doesn't matter.

Free Pandora Umbrella... Just in Time in For Spring!

There's another Pandora Gift with Purchase currently available form all certified Pandora stockists.

To celebrate the rainy season (ie 3/4 of the UK calendar) Pandora re giving away a free umbrella to all customers who spend £125 or more on their products. Only while stocks last. The umbrella seems to be one of those nice compact types in a cream design with Pandora branding. It looks pretty swish and I'm fairly sure if I get hold of one it will prompt the sun to appear so... win/wn either way, I'd say!

Spring Collection

The Spring Collection has been unveiled by Pandora and it features some really beautiful charms. The collection is basically being divided into sub-collections, of which the mother's Day collection formed a part. Yes, I was confused too!

The most recently released sub-collections are the Cherry Blossom collection, Fairytale collection and Romance / Bridal Collection.

I think much of the jewellery in Cherry Blossom is really stunning, and while I'm really a charms girl, I might be tempted to go for the cherry blossom earrings as they are just the sort of pretty understated studs I'd wear. There's a new pink and white murano glass charm that's also lovely and understated.

Fairtytale has lots of fun animal charms, like the frog and the Easter Bunny - which will no doubt be  a big seller this time of year!

The Bridal collection is quite small as it's mostly rings and earrings with only three charms. I think the bride and groom charm is cute, but prefer the pink bouquet hanging charm and the tiara charm - which says my princess on it (can think of a few people that could apply to!)

New Limited Edition Teddy Bear

Have you seen this new charm from Pandora? We think it's just about the cutest thing we've ever seen. The Teddy Bear with Gold Heart charm (791166) forms part of the new Mother's Day Collection that has just been released in the UK. He retails for £60 - thanks in large part to the 14 carat gold heart he is hugging - and is only available for a limited time.

Pandora must have a thing for teddy bears at the moment because they also produced two more such charms for Mother's Day this year. A bear with a blue bow (791124EN41) and a bear with a pink bow (791124EN24). We're guessing these are aimed directly at the new mums out there. Both of these charms RRP for £35 each.

Remember, Mother's Day is on Sunday 10th March so you haven't got all that long to wait!

Free Pandora Gifts!

Everybody who loves Pandora knows by now about their legendary collector jewellery boxes. These very rarely come up for sale as they are generally run alongside an in-store promotion.

While the jewellery boxes vary in size, never before have we seen the likes of this red Heart Shaped Jewellery Box. Pandora launched the box as part of a Valentine's Day promotion. Spend £125 and you could get it for free! Well, Valentine's Day might have been and gone, but Mother's Day is fast approaching (that's March 10th for all our UK readers.) If you're lucky enough you might find that one or two stores have re-introduced this offer and you now have a second crack of the whip at getting one.

One place we know is running the promotion is Beadazzle. As an extra touch, they're also offering a goody bag of little Pandora-themed treats to any spend over £35. So if you were planning on treating your mum this Mother's Day, here's the place to start.

Free iPhone Case

This may be of interest to anyone simply crazy about Pandora. That's Pandora jewellery of course, not the internet radio of the same name.

Anyway, there's currently an offer on over at Beadazzle.co.uk whereby if you spend £99 or more on their site, you'll get a free iPhone 4 case. The case itself appears to have the Pandora logo embossed on it and is made from something that may or may not be leather. It's black at any rate. And free. This will be of interest only to true Pandora collectors, and let's face it, why would you be reading this blog for any other reason. Of course, make sure that you have an iPhone and that it's an iPhone 4 at that. Or perhaps if you're generous you might like to qualify for the case and then give it to someone you know that does have the right phone. And that’s probably the only time I will ever refer to an iPhone 4 as "the right phone."

Best be quick, I think this is an offer available while stocks last sort of a deal, so make the most of it!
